| Cooperative Helpers was a dream of Keith Holm who has spent the better part of 20 years in the cooperative system watching cooperatives struggle with their technology. As the use of technology has grown throughout the world, cooperatives have been slow to adapt to these changing needs. Whether it is the ability to pay a bill on-line or just have a decent inventory system, Keith felt there was a better way to do business then the status quo. Keith has written several software programs to help cooperatives work more efficiently, all while keeping it a simple interface for the customer and employees to use. Keith also has a deep understanding of the cooperative board room and how important the relationship is between management and the board. Keith has facilitated several board retreats engaging the board and employees to strategically plan for the future and stop spending for just today. Through forward thinking, the money you spend today is always working for tomorrows growth. To have a successful retreat, everyone involved should leave with a clear direction of where the cooperative is going in the next 2 years, with S.M.A.R.T. goals for the next fiscal year. |
